1 Introduction

ICAAE aims to:
  • establish enduring relationships with its educational partners and customers;
  • work responsively to cater for customers' expectations;
  • establish a rapport with associates;
  • provide high levels of innovation in curriculum terms;
  • provide courses culminating in qualifications that are stimulating and challenging;
  • respond to technological advances in educational delivery;
  • consistently provide a flexible and professional service from all members of staff;
  • react and provide guidance to individual enquiries.

2 Qualifications

ICAAE will:

  • award qualifications on the basis of rigorous, accurate and consistent assessments of candidate attainment conducted in accordance with published criteria and the standards specified for each accredited qualification.
  • provide qualifications that satisfy the requirements of the statutory and standards-setting bodies.
3 Complaints
    ICAAE undertakes to investigate and to respond to all complaints within five working days. All complaints regarding the results of individual candidates are dealt with under the statutory Enquiry and Appeals Procedures, details of which are issued to all recognised centres for the conduct of ICAAE qualifications.

4 Service Level

ICAAE aims to:

  • answer telephone calls within five rings;
  • provide a courteous response and helpful service to all callers;
  • acknowledge all correspondence within 48 hours;
  • reply to all correspondence within seven working days;
  • dispatch all examinations materials in good time for the conduct of examinations;
  • provide appropriate information about ICAAE and its examinations in printed form, on the Internet and at exhibitions and conferences;
  • provide services which take account of government legislation and initiatives with regard to race, gender, disability, social inclusion and exclusion

    The website is continually being updated and developed to provide the latest information and guidance concerning services and examinations provided by ICAAE: http://www.icaa.com This website will be used to provide improved online services in support of those teaching our qualifications.
