A one day event ideally suited to staff development days in which participants are introduced to current thinking about leadership and its impact on organisational ethos and effectiveness.

Sessions will combine new learning with exercises designed to assess current status and plans for improvement.

This can be a whole staff event or can target particular groups. External partners or students may be involved.

Costs

These will vary depending on the number of participants and the learning set-up. An appropriate number of tutors will be negotiated with the school.

Each tutor will cost £600 + VAT + Expenses.
Each assistant tutor will cost £350 + VAT + Expenses.
Course materials will be £5 per participant.
