2. A 4/5 Day Event

Day 1. Leadership skills and attributes. Research evidence; Short synopsis of leadership theories; explanation of EQ thinking and tool. Individuals receive their own profiles.

Days 2, 3, & 4 [Depending on no of participants]

Each individual has up to 2 hours with tutor.
Work on personal development plans.
Other participants go about their normal business.

Final Day. Participants return as a group. Production of group profile and workforce development plan.
Identification of further issues.

The first and final day will combine new learning with individual, small group and whole group activities. A variety of learning tools will be used.

Costs

A 4 day course for 16 participants will be £4800 + VAT
This includes 2 highly experienced tutors who work at national and international level and course materials. Expenses will be charged at cost and discussed with the client beforehand.
Costs for individuals, smaller or larger groups or may be negotiated.

Groups may come from one or more schools and may include multi-agency partners.
