A Professional Development and Consultancy Unit has been successfully established providing a range of professional development opportunities for educationalists at all levels, including school leaders.

ICAA has established a delivery team for the Strategic Leadership of ICT (SLICT) programme and other associated programmes under the auspices of the National College of School Leadership (NCSL).

The SLICT programmes focus on the strategic role of head teachers in leading and developing ICT with an aim to improving the overall quality of management in schools.

ICAA in association with Maggie Kelly of Transitions Education Challenge are offering bespoke consultancy, advice and training to: school leaders, multi-agency partnerships, children’s services and youth offending teams.

This unit provides a range of Professional Development opportunities for educationalists at all levels including school leaders.  Its major emphasis to date has been delivering National College of School Leadership (NCSL) courses.  The unit is at present one of the largest providers of professional development for school leaders in the UK.

ICAA work with schools and LEAs providing bespoke consultancy. ICAA are pleased to announce their new partnership with Maggie Kelly providing leadership consultancy and training.
