Andrew has been a Headteacher now for 10 years at The Bishop's Stortford High School, a school of 1150 students, admitting boys in years 7 - 11 and with a large mixed Sixth form of about 350. Under his leadership the school has gained Specialist status in Mathematics & Computing and gained the BECTA ICT mark for excellence in ICT.

Previously as Deputy Head (Curriculum) at King Edward VI Grammar school in Birmingham he was responsible for devising and implementing a whole school ICT development plan over a five year period.

He believes passionately in giving our students the right tools to function as learners in the 21st Century and that the development of appropriate technologies is fundamental to achieving this.
