Pete has worked in education for 21 years.  He was a secondary teacher, specialising in ICT and business studies, and now works as an independent consultant supporting teachers and schools in their development of the use of ICT as an integral part of school life whether as a subject, a cross-curricular tool or at a more strategic leadership and management level.

Pete is an accredited facilitator for the NCSL SLICT programme, at both primary and secondary level, and has also been involved in piloting the NCSL BSF Leadership programme.

He also works with a local authority as their secondary ICT Consultant, is an ICT Mark Assessor, for both primary and secondary, a GCSE Chief Examiner and an IT Trainer for SSAT in their support programme for the new diplomas.

Closer to home he is Chair of Governors at his local primary school which he counts as a huge privilege.
