Having run her own business for a number of years, Clare joins our team as an adult educator, researcher and writer of training materials.

With a degree in theology and philosophy and a background in theatre and drama, she brings a particular expertise in facilitation and in the design and delivery of simulated materials used to promote change in the workplace.

Clare has worked in bail hostels with high-risk offenders and with special educational needs. She is joint author of the book 'Targeted Neighbourhood Interventions’, has produced training materials for The Youth Justice Board and has done specialised research on Women’s issues.
