Partnership development and teambuilding, nationally and internationally, include working with government, business, voluntary and community organisations, in England, Canada, Australia, Lithuania, Ireland, Germany, the USA, Wales and Scotland.

A community development specialist, he works for the DCLG spearheading their Young Advisors programme, creating: excellence, Groups Work, The National Communities Resource Centre, and has been a Director at Crime Concern, Principal Education Officer, youth worker, community worker, teacher, playleader, and advisor to the Community Justice NTO, LGA, CSV, NYA, RSA and the Parliamentary Lobby.

His recent work includes:
‘Customer Care in Public Services’; ‘Quality Neighbourhoods’; ‘Mainstreaming Community Safety’; ‘Your Community in the National Curriculum’; ‘Effective Partnerships’; ‘Tackling ASB’; NVQs in the ‘Principles and Structures of Crime Prevention and Community Safety’ and ‘Involving and Empowering Communities’; ‘Working with Groups’; ‘The School Belongs To All Of Us’, a BBC film, and 29, ‘e’, distance and taught courses for Neighbourhood Management.

He has an M.Phil in partnerships, teams, groups and meetings.
