Pene has a strong background in business administration. Having been a legal secretary, she joined crime concern in 2004 to provide support to The Training and Youth Units.

She has advanced computing skills and managed the production of the e-learning materials for the national neighbourhood wardens training programme for the ODPM.  She also produced the materials for the Youth Justice Boards training packages on Targeted Neighbourhood Intervention and Restorative Justice.

Pene also fulfils a valuable research role to support our work.
